South West Workplace Health Audit
The South West Strategic Health Authority and a cross Government Office
South West working group (South West Regional Healthy Workplaces Group) took the pro-active step to survey organisations in the South West in order to develop a baseline of data from which to build on the existing workplace health methods that are currently being undertaken across the region.
Given that this particular study was designed to gauge the views of the staff, it was important that the evaluation was seen by potential respondents to be conducted by an organisation independent of the SHA.
As such, Zest People serviced this study with design, collection, and analysis of data and the writing of this report.
