These terms and conditions include general terms and conditions for use of this Site, terms and conditions relating to the Services and terms and conditions relating to the sale and purchase of Products on the Site. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the Site and the purchase of any Products or Services on this Site will be subject to these terms and conditions.

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

- Where possible We will try to bring any changes we make to your attention by email and or by placing a suitable notice on the Site.
- It is advisable that you review any amendments to our terms and conditions.
- If you continue to use The Zest People Site after the date on which any changes come into effect, your continued use of The Zest People Site indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
- If, for any reason, you do not accept the new or amended Terms and Conditions we recommend that you should not continue to use the Site and, if applicable, you should contact Us info@zestpeople.co.uk.
3.0 Use of this Site Generally
- You may use the Site for personal and lawful use and in accordance with these terms and you are not allowed to copy or use any material from the Site for any commercial purpose including for selling any goods or services.
- The intellectual property rights in all contents of the Site and supplied as part of the Products or Services, and in Zest People’s brands trade marks and logos ("Materials") are owned by Us. Except to the extent expressly set out in these terms and conditions, you are not allowed to make any copies of any part of any Materials, or remove or change anything on the Site, include or create links to or from the Site without our written authority, or remove or change any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property right notices contained in any Materials or copies thereof.
- We accept no obligation to monitor the use of the Site. However, We reserve the right to disclose any information as required by law and/or to remove, refuse to post or to edit any information or materials, to block your access and to take such other action as may be reasonably necessary to prevent any breach of these terms and conditions or any breach of applicable law or regulation. We will also in its absolute discretion fully co-operate with law enforcement and other relevant authorities with respect to any investigation of suspected unlawful activity or violation of network security.

6.0 Pricing, availability and dispatch information of Products
- All prices quoted and all transactions are in UK Pounds, and include VAT (unless stated) at the standard UK rate.
- We despatch orders paid by card to the address known to and confirmed by your bank. Within our shopping cart there is an option to have orders despatched to an alternative address. Please en-sure your address details are correctly written.
- During the checkout procedure, you will be transferred to the Cartloom (shopping cart secure server, and the Zest People site navigation buttons will not be in view) . This ensures your details are treated confidentially and safely. Your card details are not stored or viewed by Us, We are simply informed by our payment gateway (Paypal) whether or not the transaction has been successful. - If you decide to purchase a training course, the booking form will automatically be sent via email (to the address specified by you) as soon as we have received confirmation from our payment gateway. If for any reason the booking form does not reach you in 24 hours please contact us at info@zestpeople.co.uk
- If you decide to purchase books or other products these will be dispatched to your delivery address by registered post as soon as reasonably possible after acceptance of your order and we will confirm dispatch to you by email.
- If any of your products does not arrive within 14 days of receipt of confirmation of payment for whatever reason - including, but not limited to, all or part of the Zest People being out of stock - for whatever reason, we will contact you via email of the situation and inform you of an estimated time-scale that the products will be sent out.
7.0 Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds
- Products: After you receive the Products (not training courses) you will have a 7 day "cooling off" period during which you have a right to cancel the order, and return the Products, without charge. You may exercise that right by calling us 01903 660070 (or such other number stated on the Site or with the Product), notifying Us of your wish to a refund. Following such notice you must return the Products covered by the cancelled order undamaged to ‘Zest People Returns, 5 Field Row, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1TD. Products must be returned by registered post (or any other method requiring the recipient to sign on delivery) unused and in their original undamaged packaging. You are responsible for the costs of returning the Products and we reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the Products (which we are entitled to do) in the event that you do not return the Products or you return them at our expense. Following you exercising your right of cancellation we will refund any payments made by you excepting and subject to any costs of returning the Products.
- Training: Zest People Ltd operates a no refund policy. Upon booking your course, you have a 7 day “cooling off” period, during which time, should you decide not to proceed with your course, you will receive a full refund once we have received written information by email to info@zestpeople.co.uk or to our postal address, Zest People Ltd, 5 Field Row, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1TD and returned any pre-course materials. Following the seven day period, no monies will be refunded.
Once a course has been booked, should you wish to cancel your course an additional fee will be incurred as follows:
- Within 7 days of booking = £0.00
- After 7 days of booking to 8 weeks prior to assessment = £75.00
- 8 weeks to 4 weeks prior to assessment = £100.00
- 4 weeks prior to assessment = £150.00
8.0 Statutory Rights and Refunds
- The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds in relation to Products or Services may only be credited to the credit or debit card originally used to make the purchase. If we are unable to put the re-fund through on this card for any reason, we will try to contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
