What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a way to realise your true potential through a process of uncovering and then eliminating destructive behavioural and thinking patterns in your life in a supportive, caring and inspirational environment. This is achieved by empowering people with specific tools and scientifically tested techniques that work. Coaching is a solution-focused approach to personal development that can assist you in making lasting change in all areas of life.

Now, this is a kind of scientific approach to what coaching is. It is not fluffy and warm, however it is a true and pragmatic approach to the explanation of coaching and will suit particular people. What follows is a beautiful piece that describes coaching in a much different way, and again will suit some and not others.


Candidates will learn:

  • How to use personal development theories to coach and develop others
  • Specific coaching skills used to identify the areas that the clients need support with
  • The tools required to deliver a 10 session coaching package
  • How to run 3hr super sessions

This six day course will teach you everything you need to start your own Life Coaching Business and includes:
  • Full support materials
  • Manuals

Total guided learning hours

This course lasts six days in total (please refer to the course dates below).
The hours are 9am-5pm Fridays and 10am-6pm Saturdays and Sundays
